Court of Protection Solicitor – Milton Keynes
We are looking to recruit an experienced Court of Protection (Health & Welfare) Solicitor to join our team. The successful candidate will be based at our Milton Keynes office, with the ability to work from home as required.
Experience and an understanding of the Legal Aid Contract requirements is essential, and so is the willingness to assist with the growth and development of the department. You will be working with a very friendly and supportive team, within a firm that promotes personal progression and well-being.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with experience of managing a caseload of s.16 and s.21A proceedings under the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
This is a full time and permanent position, although consideration will be given to anyone seeking a part-time role. You will work alongside the head of department, who is an ALR, a team of experienced COP solicitors and have administration and paralegal support.
