We are a London firm actively seeking to recruit a Mental Health and Court of Protection Paralegal and a Mental Health Solicitor either Accredited already or working towards Mental Health Panel Accreditation.
Candidates need to have excellent organisation and communication skills. Candidates should have experience in either Mental Health or Court of Protection.

Mental Health Solicitor – Full time or Part Time
- To represent clients detained in hospital and in the community.
- Membership of the Mental Health panel
- Opportunity to be trained in Court of Protection law
- Hybrid working
- Flexible hours
- Salary negotiable depending on experience plus a bonus
- Extra day of annual leave given per year of employment
- Progression to senior role

- To assist fee earners with litigation cases concerning clients detained in hospital and in the community.
- Membership of the Mental Health panel

- Progression to Senior Paralegal and/or Training Contract
